摘 要:目的通过分析深圳市卫生监督局2012年上半年卫生行政处罚案件情况,了解和掌握深圳市级卫生行政处罚现状和存在问题,比较在实施绩效考核机制下市级卫生行政部门行政处罚情况的变化,为下一步制定工作计划提供依据。方法对2012年1月1日至7月31日深圳市卫生监督局办理并已结案的卫生行政处罚案件进行统计分析。结论在绩效考核机制下,深圳市级完成的卫生行政处罚案件各项指标均有所增长,但存在处罚案由单一、职业卫生监管缺失、处罚力度小等问题,为继续推行绩效考核制度,加大违法处罚力度,加强职业卫生监管。Objective: By analyzing the case of the health administrative penalties in the first half of 2012 that made by Shenzhen Health Inspection Bureau, understand and master the Shenzhen municipal health administrative penalties status quo and problems, compare changes in municipal health administrative department administrative penalties under the implementation of the performance appraisal mechanism, to provide a basis for the next step of work plan. Methods: Statistical analysis of the health administrative penalty cases between January 1 and July 31, 2012. Conclusion: Under performance appraisal mechanisms, the city municipal completed the health indicators of the administrative penalty cases have increased, but there also has some problems. The next step, we' ll continue to implement a performance appraisal system, to increase penalties, strengthen the supervision of the Occupational Health.
