摘　　要：结肠镜操作是消化内科医师的必备技能,操作难度大,技术要求高。因此,此项操作培训是消化内科医师继续医学教育中的必修课,也是教学的重点和难点。在教学中应循序渐进,让初学者充分做好检查操作前的各项准备工作,包括解剖知识的掌握,内镜的熟悉,病史资料的复习等。带教过程中详细讲解操作技巧,使初学者充分领会并恰当应用,注意操作后的随访观察。在实践中逐步积累经验,树立自信,使其逐渐达到熟练掌握的程度。Colonoscopy is a required skill for physicians of digestive^department with big difficulties and high technological requirement. So, colonoscepy is the essential subject of the medical continuing education for the physician of digestive disease and also the important and dif- ficult point of them. In the clinical education, we should teach the beginning student step by step and tell them make enough preparation for all aspects before operating, including anatomy training, the structure of colenoscopy and reviewing of the medical history of the patients and so on. During the operation, we should explain the skill in detail to ensure the beginners to understand and master the skill approximately. We should also teach them pay attention to follow - up visit after operation. During the training procedure, we can help them to accumulate e- nough experience and build up self-confidence. These are the keys for traininz the beginning student to master the colonoseopy skillfully.
