摘 要:以经过一蒸脱溶后的棉籽混合油(含棉籽毛油和抽提溶剂)为原料,用氢氧化钠溶液对混合油进行碱炼,然后离心、脱溶得到成品棉籽油。分别考察了碱液质量分数、超碱量、碱炼温度和碱炼时间对棉籽油精炼得率和成品油色泽的影响。经过多次实验确定了棉籽混合油碱炼的最佳条件为:碱液质量分数17.81%,超碱量0.3%(占混合油质量),碱炼温度55℃,碱炼时间1.0 h。在此条件下,棉籽油精炼得率为83.45%,色泽为Y35 R2(25.4 mm比色槽)。Cottonseed miscella desolventized by the first evaporator was refined with sodium hydroxide so- lution, and then centrifuged and desolventized to obtain the finished product. The effects of concentration of sodium hydroxide solution, excessive alkali amount, refining temperature and time on the refining yield and the colour of cottonseed oil were studied. The optimal parameters were as follows:concentration of so- dium hydroxide solution 17.81%, excessive alkali amount O. 3% (based on the mass of cottonseed miscel- la) ,refining temperature 55 ~C and time 1.0 h. Under these conditions, the refining yield of cottonseed oil was 83.45%, and colour Y and R were 35 and 2(25.4 mm colorimetric groove).
