摘 要:分别以80%的乙醇、去离子水及稀碱提取麦冬,部分水提物用无水乙醇沉淀,获得麦冬的醇提物、水提物、水提醇沉物和稀碱提取物,并以VC和BHT作为阳性对照,分别采用DPPH法、化学发光法及FRAP法测定了4种提取物对1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH.)、羟基自由基(.OH)的清除能力及样品的总抗氧化能力。麦冬提取物能有效地清除DPPH.和.OH,并具有较强的还原能力。但是同一提取物在不同的评价体系中表现出不同的抗氧化能力,可能与其所含成分及活性氧的性质有关。Different components were extracted from Radix Ophiopogonis with 80% ethanol, water and diluted alkalis, respectively. Some water extracts were precipitated by ethanol. The scavenging activity on DPPH ·and · OH was evaluated by control. The ferric reduc good scavenging activity different evaluation meth DPPH method and flow injection chemiluminescence using VC and BHT as positive ing power was determined by FRAP method too. The results showed that the extracts had and ferric reducing power. But the same sample had different antioxidative activity with od, and it may be related to its components and the nature of reactive oxygen species.
