脑干听觉诱发电位与耳蜗电图联合检测

摘　　要：22例病人,分为耳聋、耳鸣、眩晕、脑干病变和大脑半球病变4组,进行了脑干听觉诱发电位和耳蜗电图的联合检测,以同样条件检测11例志愿受试者(健康人)22只听力正常耳为对照。发现脑干听觉诱发电位与耳蜗电图联合检测,不仅可同时了解耳蜗、听神经及脑干的有关功能状态,而且可协助临床更客观地对听力障碍,眩晕以及有关的症征进行定位和鉴别诊断。Twenty two patients, dividing into 4 groups (deafness and tinnitus, vertigo, brainstem and cerebral hemispheric diseases) were studied with the test combining BAEP with EcochG, and 11 healthy volunteers (22 ears with normal hearing ability) were tested in the same way served as controls. The main results were as follows.The test combining BAEP with EcochG not only may reveal the corresponding functions of the cochlea, auditory nerves and brainstem simultaneously, but also may give helps to understand the actual localization and differential diagnosis objectively for cases with dysfunction of hearing ability, vertigo and related signs and symptoms.
