摘　　要：合作型起诉程序实际上是以对话取代对抗、以理性的沟通取代拆讼技巧的运用、以合意取代决定、以恢复正义取代矫正正义,是对传统刑事审查起诉程序的颠覆。从刑事诉讼程序的特点来看,在具有承上启下作用的起诉程序中确立相应的合作性机制更具现实意义和可操作性。Cooperative prosecution procedure is actually replacing confrontation with consultation, tactics using with rational communication, decision with consensus, and distributive justice with consultative justice, which could cause modernistic introspection in the justice. Through the point of view of criminal procedure characteristics, it is necessary for the prosecution procedures which can connect the preceding procedure with the following to establish the cooperative pattern, in order to make the criminal procedure more practical and operable.
