枳实导滞丸联合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察枳实导滞丸联合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,对照组20例西沙比利10mg/次,3次/d,口服,并按糖尿病常规治疗。治疗组40例枳实导滞丸(黄芪30g,焦白术、茯苓各15g,炙甘草6g,枳实10～15g,酒军6～10g,黄芩10g,黄连6g,神曲20g,槟榔10～20g,莱菔子20g,莪术15g,厚朴10～20g,丹参20g)1剂/d,水煎300mL,早、中、晚3次餐前服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及痞满症状积分。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效8例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),痞满症状积分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]枳实导滞丸联合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效满意,优于单纯西药治疗,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the citrus aurantium Daozhi Pill western medicine treatment of diabetic gastroparesis efficacy. [Method] Randomized controlled random number table method, the 60 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases of cisapride 10mg / 3 times / day, orally, and conventional diabetes treatment. Treatment group, 40 cases of the citrus aurantium Daozhi pill （ Huangqi 30g, Tiao Baizhu 15g, Zhi Gancao 6g, Zhishi 10 - 15g, Dahuang 6 - 10g, Huangqin lOg, Huanglian 6g, Shenqi 20g, Binlang 10-20g, Zhishi 20g, Laifuzi 15g, Houpo 10 -20g, Danshen 20g） 1 dose / day, decoction 300mL, early, middle and late 3 times before meals. Western medicine with the control group. Four weeks of continuous treatment for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose, post- prandial of 2hours blood sugar and fullness symptom score. Continuous treatment course, to determine effica- cy. [Results] treatment group, 20 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, 4 cases, total effective rate of 90. 00%. Control group, 8 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 6 cases, the total effective rate of 70.00%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Fasting glucose, 2 hours post- prandial blood glucose to improve the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , Fullness symptom score improvement in the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Citrus aurantium the joint Western medicine treatment Daozhi pill diabetic gastroparesis efficacy satisfaction, better than western medicine alone is worth promoting.
