摘　　要：妊娠合并宫颈癌与非妊娠期宫颈癌相比,不易发现,预后差,对临床医生是非常棘手的问题。产后发现的宫颈癌较妊娠期发现的病情发展快,易复发,死亡率高。产检时应注意,处理应当个性化。Comparing with non-pregnancy cervical cancer, cervical cancer in pregnant wom- an is not easy to be diagnosed, and its prognosis is poor, which is a very difficult problem in clinic. Compared with cervical cancer diagnosed in gestation period, postpartum diagnosed cervical cancer progresses rapidly and is likely to relapse with high mortality. During partum examination,this disease should keep in mind,and treatment should be individualized.
