摘　　要：信息商品与工业商品二者商品属性的不同,决定了其生产方式及对人才规格需求的不同。要实现我国经济增长方式的转变,构筑我国在未来世界知识经济竞争格局中的有利地位,就应在信息观的指导下,从教育理念、人才培养模式、课程体系、学习方式及教学模式等方面对高等教育再设计,以培养出符合信息化时代要求的人才。The difference between information products and industrial products calls for a new means of production and different qualities of talents. A redesign in the education concept, cultivation mode of talents, course syllabus, learning and teaching mode is indispensible for our country to carry out the transformation of the means of economic development and secure a competitive edge in the competition of knowledge economy in the future world.
