胸外科肿瘤手术后二次手术止血分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胸外科肿瘤手术后出血进行二次手术止血的临床影响因素及治疗。方法对2006年4月至2011年11月间7511例胸部肿瘤手术患者进行了临床回顾性研究,其中16例患者术后出现活动性出血,并进行二次手术止血。结果 16例二次手术止血患者中,肺部肿瘤10例,食管肿瘤4例,纵隔肿瘤2例,无死亡病例。对肿瘤大小分析发现止血组患者肿瘤大于正常组(P<0.01)。结论活动性出血是胸外科肿瘤术后一大临床并发症,需要临床医生及时发现、准确判断和及时处理。Objective To discuss influencing factors and treatment of secondary surgical hemosta- sis after thoracic surgery tumor operation. Methods 7511 cases with thoracic tumor operation from April 2006 to November 2011 were studied retrospectively, among which 16 cases had active bleeding after opera- tion and been given secondary surgical hemostasis. Results Among the 16 cases, there were l0 lung tumor cases, 4 esophagus tumor cases, 2 mediastinal tumor cases, without death. The tumor size of hemostasis group was larger than normal group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Active bleeding is one main complication of thoracic surgery tumor operation, it needs clinical doctors＂ t!mely discovery, accurate judgement and timely settlement.
