复方蛇床酊的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方蛇床酊的抑菌、抗炎及止痒的药理作用,为其临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:采用二倍稀释法、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法及磷酸组织胺致痒法,观察复方蛇床酊的体外抑菌最小抑菌浓度、对动物的肿胀及致痒阈的影响。结果:复方蛇床酊对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌及铜绿假单胞菌均具有不同程度的抑制作用;能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀;能显著提高小鼠对组胺的致痒阈。结论:复方蛇床酊具有良好的抗菌、消炎、止痒等作用。Objective： To study the pharmacodynamics of compound Shechuang tinctures, including bactriostasis, anti-inflamma- tion and relieving itching to provide the pharmacodynamie basis for the clinical application. Method： The minimum inhibitory concen- tration （MIC） was determined by tube double dilution method. The effect of compound Shechuang tinctures on swelling was observed by the methods of mouse ear swelling caused by xylene and rat joint swelling caused by carrageenan. The effect of the preparation on itching threshold was observed by itch caused by histamine phosphate. Result： Compound Shechuang tinctures could inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa in different degrees, and obviously inhibit the swelling in mice and rats as well, and notably improve the itching threshold in mice. Conclusion： Compound Shechuang tinctures show promising effects of bactriostasis, anti-inflammation and relieving itching.
