摘　　要：在2012年第6期的"关注当下"中,本刊从"公共艺术节"的案例出发,呈现了中国公共艺术在表现形式与核心价值方面的前沿探索和实践。然而,当下中国公共艺术的主流表现形式仍然是物化的"城市雕塑"。作为城市文化建设的重要组成部分,城雕的进化与城市化进程的推进如影随形。城市雕塑的兴衰和转变映射出中国在经济、行政管理、文化和教育等各种方面的水平。2012年12月15日,搜狐文化频道和艺术频道揭晓了由网友评出的"2012中国十大丑陋雕塑"的结果,一石激起了千层浪……In the 'Paying Attention to the Present' of the Sixth Issue , our publication from the cases of 'Public Art Festival' to present the forefront exploration and practice of Chinese Public Art on the aspects as forms of expression and core values . However, the mainstream of the form is still the materialized urban sculpture in Chinese contemporary public art. As an important part of the construction of urban culture, the evolution of urban sculpture and the progress of urbanization are associated with each other. The rise, decline and transformation of urban sculpture reflect the level on various aspects as economic, administration, culture and education.
