摘 要:由于底部两层框架砖房超越了现行《建筑抗震设计规范》(CBJ11-89)的有关规定,而这种结构在实际工程中应用较广泛,根据底部二层框架上部四层砖混结构的1/5比例模型模拟地震振动台试验,并对1/5比例模型和原型房屋进行了动力分析。试验及理论分析表明:底部两层框架砖房具有较强的抗震能力,完全符合抗震设计要求,可以用于7度抗震设防区。the masonry building with frame structure at lower two stories over the scale of the current Building Anti-seismic Design Code (GBJ11-89), but this structure is applied widely current Building Anti-seismic Design Code (GBJ11-89), but this sturcture is applied widely in practical engineering. This paper present the shaking table experiment of 1/5 scale model based on the prototype of the four stories of the masonry and reinforced concrete with flame structure above the lower two stories, and the result above are compared with the result of it's prototype by the dynamic analysis. Test and theory analysis is shown that the anti-seismic capacity of this kind of structure is reasonably designed are excellent, it meet with the require of the code and can be applied in the zones with seismic design intensity of 7.
