摘　　要：现阶段完善我国高校招生考试制度的改革目标及实现路径,就是要以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)中分类办学战略规划为指导,在逐步消除"捆绑式"考试模式基础上,按照普通高中向研究性大学输送生源,职业高中向职业大学和高职学院输送生源模式,建立与分类办学机制相符的高校考试招生制度,实现高等教育和高中教育分类办学目标的统一。This paper thinks that in the present stage our country＇ s reform goal and task of university examination and enrollment system is The National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development （2011--2020） （hereinafter referred to as The Outline） as a guide, according to adjustment and frame idea, we should build a perfect higher education and high school education classii^cation running mechanism, establish and classification to adapt the classification examination enrollment system target, form the reasonable different types of higher school and different types of high school students between transport mechanism, and make higher education and senior high school education in a benign cycle.
