小麦型干酒糟及其可溶物在淮南麻黄鸡上能量及氨基酸代谢率的测定

摘　　要：本试验旨在探讨小麦型干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGSw)在淮南麻黄鸡上的能量与氨基酸代谢率。试验选用体重相近的淮南麻黄鸡成年公鸡24只,随机分为2组(每组设6个重复,每个重复2只),分别作为内源养分收集组与试验饲粮收集组。经过前后2期代谢试验数据的收集,按照套算法公式测算,结果表明:DDGSw在淮南麻黄鸡上主要氨基酸表观代谢率、真代谢率平均值分别为69.76%与74.91%;DDGSw在淮南麻黄鸡上能量(总能)表观代谢率、真代谢率分别为46.87%与47.58%,表观代谢能、真代谢能分别为9.09与9.24 MJ/kg,氮校正表观代谢能、真代谢能分别为9.13与9.28 MJ/kg;主要氨基酸和总能的表观代谢率与真代谢率的相关系数大于0.92。结果提示:本DDGSw在淮南麻黄鸡上几种主要氨基酸真代谢率平均值与总能真代谢率都略低于玉米型DDGS的数值,而其相应的表观代谢率值与前人研究结果一致,待测饲料中粗纤维水平对真代谢率的影响较对表观代谢率的影响大;DDGSw在淮南麻黄鸡上主要氨基酸和总能的表观代谢率与真代谢率数值呈高度正相关。To investigate the metabolizability of energy and amino acids of wheat distillers dried grains with solubles （DDGS） in Huainan spotted-yellow chicks （ HSY chicks）, 24 roosters with similar body weight were randomly allocated into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 2 chicks per replicate, and the chicks were used for collecting metabolic excreta of experimental diets and endogenous losses for 2 times, respectively. The results from the cross formula showed as follows ： 1 ） average apparent metabolizability and true metabolizabili- ty of main amino acids of wheat DDGS in HSY chicks were 69.76% and 74.91%, respectively; 2） apparent metabolizability and true metabolizability of general energy of wheat DDGS in HSY chicks were 46.87% and 47.58% , respectively; apparent metabolizable energy （AME） and true metabolizable energy （TME） were 9.09 and 9.24 MJ/kg, respectively; AME and TME corrected for nitrogen （ AMEn and TMEn） were 9.13 and 9.28 MJ/kg, respectively; correlation coefficients of apparent metabolizability and true metabolizability of main amino acids and general energy of wheat DDGS were each more than 0.92. These results indicate that the values of true metabolizabilitie of main amino acids and general energy of wheat DDGS in HSY chicks are little lower than those of corn DDGS, and the values of apparent metabolizability are similar with those from the oth- er study results. The true metabolizability is affected more than apparent metabolizability by crude fiber level of the determined feedstuff. Apparent metabolizability and true metabolizability of main amino acids and general energy of wheat DDGS in HSY chicks have a highly positive correlation.
