农业职业院校人才培养与当代农业现代化建设刍议

摘　　要：农业现代化建设的最终目的是要实现农村政治、经济、社会、文化各项事业协调发展，农业高职院校应该紧跟时代步伐，要面向农村，开展调查研究，与城乡一体化建设对接；要充分利用区域优势，改变办学观念，调整专业设置，探索“三定”＋“五基”模式，提高办学活力。在人才质量、学以致用上着力，为实现基本农业现代化做贡献。The ultimate goal of agricultural modernization is to realize the harmonious development in political, economic, social and cultural aspects in country area. Agricultural vocational colleges should keep up with the pace of times and start surveys in villages so as to be connected to the integrated construction of cities and countryside. They should also make full use of their regional advantages, change their ideas on teaching, adjust their academic programs, study the 3 ＋5 mode and increase their flexibility and dynamic so as to make contribution to the agricultural modernization.
