摘 要:目的探讨门诊抽血室与检验科开展互动式沟通合作对血标本质量的影响。方法通过检验科人员对门诊抽血室护士进行血标本检验分析前质量控制知识的宣传、对不合格标本产生原因及时沟通及门诊抽血室护士对患者信息进行反馈等交流协作方式,比较门诊抽血室与检验科沟通前、后血标本不合格率的变化。结果双方开展互动式沟通合作后,护士采集血标本技术更加正确规范、标本保存与运送更加安全合理,血标本不合格率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论加强门诊抽血室与检验科之间的密切联系,有利于标本的规范采集和运送,有助于减少分析前因素对检验结果的影响,保证了临床检验结果的准确性和可靠性。Objective To investigate the effect of interactive communication between phlebotomizing room of out-patient clinic and clinical laboratory on qualification of blood samples. Methods Through communication cooperation ways that clinical laboratory personnel broadcasting quality control knowledge to nurses in phlebotomizing room before blood specimen test analysis, communicating unqualified specimen causes, and feedback of patients" information by nurses in phlebotomizing room, then the changes of blood samples failure rates between before and after the interactive communication were compared. Results After interactive communication and co-operation of the two departments, more standard specimen were collected and safely transported, the failure rate of the blood samples significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the interactive communication between the phlebotomizing room of out-patient clinic and clinical laboratory is conducive to standardizing data collection and transport of specimens, which can help to reduce the impact of previous factors on test results and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the clinical examination results.
