摘 要:目的:评估全身骨显像患者注射显像剂后对医院人群的辐射安全影响。方法:全身骨显像患者50例注射骨显像剂^(99m)Tc-亚甲基二膦酸盐(^(99m)Tc-MDP)922MBq后0.5小时、1小时、2小时和4小时,使用剂量测量仪距离患者0.5米、1米、2米分别测量头部、腹部辐射剂量值。结果:平均辐射剂量值(μSv/h)在注射显像剂0.5小时后距离0.5米处最高,其中头部(37.69±0.67)μSv/h、腹部(43.40±0.78)μSv/h。在距离一定时,注射后0.5小时较1小时、2小时、4小时平均辐射剂量值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在时间一定时,距离患者0.5米处测量平均辐射剂量值较距离1米、2米处高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随时间、距离增加,测量值迅速降低。结论:全身骨显像患者对医院人群的辐射测量值在相对安全范围以内(≤20mSv,职业工作人员的年当量剂量)。Objective: To evaluate the radiation exposure effect on the people in hospital from the patients who underwent 99mTc-MDP whole body bone scan. Methods:The radiation dosage of 50 patients were measured with dosimeter at 0. 5h, 1h ,2h and 4h after 99mTc-MDP 922MBq injection and at the distance of 0. 5m,1 m and 2m at the height level of head and abdomen, respectively. Results:The mean radiation exposure (ptSv/h) at 0. 5h after injection and at the distance of 0.5 m was the highest which was (37.69 ±0. 67 ) μ Sv/h at the height of the head and (43.40 ± 0. 78 ) μSv/h at the height of abdomen. When at the same distance, the mean radiation exposure at 0. 5 h was significantly higher than that at 1 h ,2h ,4h after injection (P 〈 0. 05 ). When time point was fixed , the mean radiation exposure at the distance of 0.5m was significantly higher than that at the distance of 1 m, 2m(P 〈 0. 05), Radiation ex- posure decreased rapidly with the increasing of time and distance. Conclusion : The amount of radiation exposure from the patients un- derwent whole body bone scan to the people in hospital is within a relatively safety range(≤20mSv).
