摘  要:目的调查新疆贫困医学生社会支持及心理健康状况,分析其各种心理问题的影响因素,探索思想教育和心理引导者行之有效的方法。方法按年级分层,整群随机抽取新疆医科大学的每个年级大学生900名,其中贫困生组229人,对照组591人,对一般情况、社会支持和心理健康状况进行问卷调查和分析。结果贫困生229中检出心理存在问题的共47人(25.7%);贫困生组在症状自评量表(SCL-90)症状各因子得分高于对照组,各症状中除精神病性和恐怖外,其余因子差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);贫困生组获得的客观支持低于对照组;性别、民族、生源地的贫困生组心理症状自评情况多方面指标差异均具有统计学意义;心理健康因子得分与社会支持各水平均呈负相关。结论从社会、学校、个体等三大层面对贫困医学生给予更多的物质支持,进行有针对性地思想教育和心理引导。Objective To survey social support and mental health of poor medical students, analyze the various factors affecting the psychological problems, to explore the effective methods of ideological education and psychological guidance. Methods By multistage cluster random sampling, 900 were surveyed with questionnaires ,among then were 229 students in the group of poor students and 591 students in the control group, survey and analysis of the general status, social support and mental health status were undertaken. Results Among the group of poor students in the survey, 47(25.7%) students had psychological problems; The mental health lever of poor medical student is worse than the usual lever of control group; The objective support scores were lower in poor medical student than the control group; There was significant difference between the different mental health in sex, nation and birthplace; There were correlations between social support and mental health. Conclusion More social support should give poor medical students from the society, the school, the individual and other big sides, then give ideological education and psychological guidance.
