摘　　要：目的为顺应我国国家基本药物制度建设,满足日益严峻的基本药物质量监管形势,研究提出一套切实可行的建设国家基本药物质量网络平台的技术方案。方法对国家基本药物质量网络平台的建设需求进行分析,采用VPDN组网技术和SSL VPN等先进的信息技术手段,完成网络平台的设计与实现。结果与结论设计提出的基本药物质量网络平台技术方案能够满足用户的需求,并具有一定的可扩展性。Objective To propose a practical technical solution for constructing the national essential medicines quality network platform which can improve the more serious status of national essential medicines quality supervision and promote the construction of the national essential drug system. Methods The construction demand of the national essential medicines quality network platform was analyzed and studied. Advanced information technologies such as VPDN networking technology and SSL VPN were applied to design and realize the network platform. Results and Conclusion The technical solution for the national essential medicines quality network platform can satisfy the actual need and has a certain degree of expandability.
