5-Fu持续静脉滴注治疗转移性结直肠癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察低剂量5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)持续静脉滴注治疗常规含5-FU类方案失败的进展期结直肠癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 17例经传统的一、二线方案化疗失败的进展期结直肠癌患者,给予5-FU 200 mg/m2/d微量泵持续静脉滴注,治疗至疾病进展。结果全组17例均可评价,其中完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)2例,稳定(SD)7例,进展(PD)8例,有效率(RR)11.7%,临床获益率(CR+PR+SD)52.8%。毒副反应主要是I～Ⅱ级口腔黏膜炎和手足综合征。结论低剂量5-氟尿嘧啶持续静脉滴注治疗常规含5-FU方案失败的进展期结直肠癌的近期疗效较好,毒副反应较低,值得进一步研究应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of continuous venous Infusion（CIV）of low-dose 5-fluorouracil（5-FU）in the treatment of metastasis colorectal cancer.Methods 17 patients with metastasis colorectal cancer received the regimen of 5-FU 200 mg/（m2·d） continuous venous infusion until disease progression or intolerable adverse effect.Efficacy was evaluated after 30 days.Results No patient achieved complete response（CR）,2 patients partial response（PR）,7 patients stable disease（SD）,8 patients progression disease（PD）,response rate（RR） was 11.7%,clinical benefit rate（CR＋PR＋SD）was 52.8%.The major toxicity included I^II mucositis and hand-food syndrome.Conclusion This study shows that the regimen of continuous venous Infusion of low-dose 5-fluorouracil is effective and good tolerable in metastasis colorectal cancer.
