摘　　要：目的观察康复新液与蒙脱石散联用防治CFP化疗性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将应用CFP方案化疗的口腔鳞癌患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组患者于化疗开始的同时,应用康复新液及蒙脱石散搅拌成糊剂,含漱后口服,对照组患者单用化疗。比较2组患者口腔炎发生情况。结果治疗组口腔炎发生情况轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合蒙脱石散糊剂防治CFP化疗性口腔炎效果明显,是良好的化疗辅助用药。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution and smectite in the prevention and treatment of stomatitis caused by carboplatin, 5-FU and pingyangmycin （CFP） chemotherapy. Methods 52 patients with CFP chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The treatment group were treated with kangfuxin solution and smectite in addition to routine chemotherapy; the control group were only given routine chemotherapy. The occurrence condition of stomatitis of 2 groups was compared. Results The occurrence condition of stomatitis of the treatment group was lighter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin solution and smectite in the prevention and treatment of stomatitis caused by chemotherapy regimen of CFP is obviously ,which is the good chemotherapy adjuvants.
