摘  要:学科建设和专业建设,分别体现应用型本科院校的科学研究职能和人才培养职能,并共同为社会服务,进而实现文化的传承创新。学科建设与专业建设是应用型本科院校建设与发展的基本单元,通过学科建设可以提升专业建设水平,通过专业建设可以促进学科建设。在学科建设与专业建设并重的教育理念指引下,推进"学科专业"一体化建设,需要构建一体化建设的组织体系,实施人才强校战略,构建有利于学科专业一体化建设的制度环境和长效评价机制,促进两者协同发展。Disciplines construction and specialties construction embody the scientific research function and the talents culti- vation function of higher vocational schools respectively, and commonly serve the society and then to achieve the inheri- tance and innovation of culture. Disciplines construction and specialties construction are the basic units of the construc- tion and development of applied undergraduate schools: the specialty construction level can be improved by disciplines and the disciplines construction can be promoted by specialties construction. Therefore, it is critical to attach equal impor- tance to disciplines construction and specialties construction as the guidance to achieve the integration construction of "dis- ciplines and specialties", construct the integration organizational system, adhere to the talents strong university strategy and construct the system environment and the long-term evaluation mechanism to promote their coordinated development.
