进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节对胃癌预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节对胃癌预后的影响。方法:观察76例进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节所致腹水和/或远处脏器转移情况,统计其2年及5年生存率,以50例胃周淋巴结转移患者为对照组进行观察。结果:进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节组腹水和/或远处脏器转移明显比淋巴结转移组高(P<0.01);进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节2年生存率明显比淋巴结转移组低(P<0.01);进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节组5年生存率比淋巴结转移组低(P<0.01)。结论:进展期胃癌胃周瘤结节组易出现腹水和/或远处脏器转移,并致生存率降低,建议病理报告书中应明确提示进展期胃癌是否有胃周瘤结节。Objective：The aim of this study was to detect the effect of perigastric tumor deposits on the prognosis of advanced gastric cancer. Methods：76 patients with advanced gastric cancer combined with gastric tumor nodules compared to random 50 patients with advanced gastric cancer combined with gastric lymphatic metastasis were observed. Clinical complications,including aseites and peripheral organ metastasis were detected. Two - year and five - year survival rate were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The risk of aseites and peripheral organ metastasis in- duced by gastric tumor nodules is high（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The two -year and five -year sur- vival rate are apparently lower in patients with gastric cancer combined with gastric tumor nodules compared to patients with gastric lymphatic metastasis （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Early detection and clear re- porting of tumor nodules in pathological re- port is vital to gastric cancer orognosis.
