摘 要:目的应用组织学的方法研究不同浓度壬基酚对泥鳅的肝脏毒性侵蚀程度。方法分别用50、200、500、1 000μg/L壬基酚溶液处理泥鳅,每隔6 h后观察其活动状态和体表特征,同时在每个容器中取1条泥鳅进行解剖,取其肝脏制片,观察肝细胞的胞质和细胞核情况,每隔6 h再取1条,继续观察。结果染色质浓集,边集并可见染色质呈环状或新月状附着核膜周边。结论随着壬基酚溶液浓度的增加,壬基酚对肝脏组织的毒性侵害越严重,对细胞核也会产生严重的毒害作用。To study the effect of different concentrations of nonylphenol on loach liver toxicity erosion by using the histological method. Methods Loach was treated by 50,200,500,1 000 μg/L concentrations of nonylphenol solution, and its active state and the superficial characteristics were observed once every 6 h, at the same time a loach was taken from each container for dissection. The liver section was prepared for observing the liver cell cytoplasm and nucleus. A loach was taken every 6 h for continuous observation. Results Chromatin was condensed and gathered in edge.Chromatin is annular or crescent-shaped with attaching around nuclear envelope. Conclusion With the increase of nonylphenol concentration,the toxicity lesion of nonylphenol on liver tissue is more serious, and the toxic effect on nucleus is serious.
