摘 要:为了了解从吉林省某水禽养殖场发病番鸭的肝脏中分离到的1株鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)JL2-5株的基因型,试验采用PCR方法对其全基因组进行PCR扩增、克隆和测序。结果表明:JL2-5株全基因组序列与GenBank中14株DHBV间核苷酸的同源性为88.4%~97.7%;编码的C、S和P蛋白的氨基酸同源性分别为94.9%~98.6%、93.5%~98.2%和85.5%~97.8%,其中P蛋白的同源性最低;对DHBV ORF基因进化树的分析显示,该分离株属于中国基因型中的一个亚型。To understand the genotype of one strain ( JL2 - 5 ) of duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) isolated from the liver of a sick Muscovy duck from a waterfowl farm, the complete genome of DHBV was amplified by PCR, and then cloned and sequenced. The results showed that the complete - genome sequences of this strain shared a homology of 88.4% to 97.7% at the nuel.eotide level with those of 14 DHBV strains from GenBank. The amino acid homologies were 94.9% to 98.6% , 93.5% to 98.2%, and 85.5% to97.8% among the encoded proteins of C, S and P respectively. Amino acid analysis showed that the protein P bad the lowest homology. The Phylogenetic analysis for the DHBV ORF region showed that this JL2 - 5 strain belonged to the subtype of Chinese genotype.
