地方理工类高校行政管理专业本科人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：与综合性重点高校、知名财经类高校和理工类重点高校对比,地方理工类高校行政管理专业本科人才培养模式存在不少问题,主要是:课程设置缺乏特色;教学内容与方法存在不足;社会实践与技能培训欠缺等。因此,地方理工类高校行政管理专业本科人才培养模式的完善,应着重于:明确培养目标,注重综合能力;优化课程体系,突出理工类特色;依托理工科优势,强化实践教学平台。Comparing with comprehensive key universities, the famous universities of finance and economics and the key universities of science and engineering, the talent training model of administration undergraduate specialty has some problems in local science and engineering universities. These problems includes the lack of features of curriculum system, deficiencies in teaching content and method, the lack of social practice and skills training. Therefore, perfecting the talent training model of this specialty should clear training objectives and focus on comprehensive capacity, optimize curriculum system and highlight science and engineering features, rely on science and engineering advantages and strengthen practice teaching platform.
