摘  要:针对目前嵌入式软件类专业教学培养模式现状,以及信息化社会对计算机人才的需求,分析了目前计算机专业教育教学中存在的问题,提出基于"以赛促学、以研促教、以岗促能、服务企业"的框架模型,即"三促进一服务"模型,探索和改革嵌入式软件人才培养模式,改革教学体系与课程设置,开展校企合作,突出社会实践功能,以理论加实践的培养方式全面提高人才在当今社会竞争下的优势。Aiming to the current situation of the embedded software class professional training mode and the demand for computer professionals by information society, this paper analyzes the problems in computer professional teaching. It proposes the framework based on "competition to promote learning, research to promote teaching, position to promote skill, service enterprises", namely the "three exaltations for one service" model. It explores and reforms the embedded software professional training mode;reforms the teaching system and course set; develops school-enterprise cooperation; highlights the function of social practice; and improves the talent advantages in today's social competition.
