摘　　要：目的探讨我国食管癌住院费用的主要影响因素,为合理控制医疗费用的过快增长并减轻患者经济负担提供理论依据。方法对江苏省南通市两家医院2002～2009年8年间共计8288例食管癌患者,通径分析其住院费用的影响因素。结果住院天数是直接影响住院费用的最主要因素;付费方式、年龄、性别直接影响住院费用;手术与否、转归情况、年份、职业等因素既可直接影响住院费用,又可通过住院日间接影响住院费用。结论应采取综合措施有效控制患者住院费用的过快增长。OBJECTIVE To investigate the main influencing factors of the hospitalization expense of esophageal cancer patients in our country and to provide the theoretic evidence for controlling the unduly rapid increase of medical expense reasonably and diminishing patients＇ burden. METHODS We investigated the 8 288 esophageal cancer patients in two hospitals in Nantong from 2002 to 2009 and analyzed the influencing factors of the hospitalization expense by the method of pathway analysis. RE- SULTS Hospital stay was the critical influencing factor which had a direct effect on hospitalization expense. Payment way, age and gender directly influenced it while the surgery, outcome, year, occupation etc. influenced the hospital stay as well as the hospitalization expense directly. CONCLUSION Comprehensive measures should be taken to control the growth of patients＇ hospitalization expense.
