摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌综合征最常见的肠外肿瘤,发病率高和发病时间早是其显著的临床特征。本文就遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌综合征相关性子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征、筛查和预防性治疗作一综述。Endometrial carcinoma is the most common extro-colonic tumor of the hereditary nonpolyposis colorectol cancer. Early age and high incidence of cancer onset are the most striking features.We present a review of the clinicopathological fea- ture, screening and prophylactic surgery of the disease.
