摘  要:目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸在精神分裂症中的检测及临床意义。方法2010年1月~2012年1月,采用酶联免疫法检测132例首发精神分裂症患者(男69例,女63例;经典抗精神病药物组59例,非典型抗精神病药物组73例)和92例健康对照者血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果精神分裂症组男性、女性同型半胱氨酸水平均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。精神分裂症组男性同型半胱氨酸水平均明显高于女性组(P﹤0.05),而对照组男、女性同型半胱氨酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。非典型抗精神病药物组男性、女性同型半胱氨酸水平均明显低于经典抗精神病药物组(P﹤0.05)。结论血清同型半胱氨酸在精神分裂症中明显升高,其中男性患者水平高于女性患者,而非典型抗精神病药物治疗有利于降低同型半胱氨酸水平。OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical significance of serum homocysteine in patients with episode schizophrenia. METHODS From January 2010 to January 2012, the serum homocysteine were detected in 132 cases of episode schizophrenia. 69 cases were male and 63 cases were female. 59 cases were assigned to classic antipsychotics group, 73 cases were assigned to atypical antipsychotics group. There were 92 healthy cases in the control group. RESULTS The levels of serum homocysteine in male or female episode schizophrenia groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). The levels of serum homocysteine in male episode schizophrenia group were significantly higher than those in female episode schizophrenia group (P 〈 0.05), while no significant difference between male and female in control group was observed (P 〉 0.05). The levels of serum homocysteine in atypical antipsychotics group were significantly lower than those in classic antipsychotics group (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Serum homocysteine significantly increase in episode schizophrenia patients, which homocysteine levels in male are higher than those in female, and atypical antipsychotics can effectively reduce levels of homocysteine.
