摘 要:体震信号是一种无感觉记录心脏搏动的新型检测系统,较心电信号更适合在日常实时监测中使用。针对体震信号的产生机理,以心脏动力学为基础,分析了心动周期中心冲击力的产生过程,模拟了该力在主动脉传导中的血流速度变化曲线,给出了坐姿体震信号检测系统的传递函数,最终建立了体震信号的数学模型,并使用MATLAB进行时域波形仿真。仿真结果表明所建模型能够准确地反映坐姿体震信号的特征点,有助于依据体震信号评价心脏功能的研究。Ballistocardiogram is a novel detection system to record the body fluttering caused by myocardial contraction without direct contact, which is more suitable to be applied to real-time monitoring system than the ECG signal. For the mechanism of ballistocardiogram signal, the generating process of cardiac impact force in cardiac cycle was analyzed, the velocity curve of aortic blood flow was simulated when the force was transmitted, and the transfer function of sitting ballistocardiogram signal detected system based on the cardiac dynamics was found. Finally, a mathematical modeling was built, whose time- domain waveform was simulated by MATLAB. Experimental results show that the proposed model can accurately represent characteristic of sitting ballistocardiogram signal and can help study of cardiac function assessment.
