摘  要:学科带头人是学科成长发展的领导者和组织者,承担着学科战略规划、团队建设、资源配置、制度建设等工作,引领学科发展。学科带头人应当遵循学科成长的生命周期规律,针对学科成长阶段的主要问题,在学科形成期发挥学术感召与资源集聚的基核作用,在学科成长期应采取特色发展与能力提升的工作策略,在学科成熟期应以持续产出与文化建设为工作重点,在学科蜕变期应起到战略调整与破茧化蝶的变革性引领作用。Academic leaders are the bellwether and organizer of academic growth and development; they bear the responsibilities such as disciplinary strategic planning, team building, allocation of resources and system construction, thus leading the development of academic disciplines. The academic leaders should comply with the life cycle rule of the discipline development, play a role as academic charisma and gathering resources base in the forming stage according to the main problem in growth stage; in the developing stage they should adopt characteristic development and ability promotion strategy ;in the mage maturity stage take continuous output and cultural construction as the key emphasis in work and in the transformation stage they should play a leading role in the strategic adjustment and breaking through period.
