摘　　要：由于白领工人在现代经济生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,他们的社会地位与市场处境受到了理论界的广泛关注。在这其中,西方学界积累了丰富的理论资源,却尚未被国内研究者所系统消化与借鉴。有鉴于此,本文首先以发达国家白领工人的阶级地位议题为切入点,全面梳理了白领研究领域各派学者的理论观点与研究进路;随后,简要介绍了有关发展中国家白领劳工处境的最新研究成果,并揭示出当代白领研究从劳资二元关系理论范式向劳工政治理论范式转型的趋势;最后,结合国内白领研究的现状,对今后中国白领劳工研究的发展方向提出若干见解。The white-collar workers＂ social status has aroused greater concern in a general sense, given their more and more important role playing in modern market economy. However, many good theories originated in western academic world haven＇t yet been digested well by Chinese scholars. For this reason, this paper reviews each kind of important theory concerning white-collar working class of developed countries firstly. Then, it introduces the latest research findings on the white-collar workers in developing countries＇, and reveals the trend of theoretical transformation from labor-capital binary relations to the paradigm of labor politics in this research area. Finally, the researcher looks forwards to the future study of white-collar workers in China by providing some insights based on his own research work.
