新建本科高校工程技术应用型人才培养模式构建的研究与实践——以辽宁科技学院为例

摘　　要：新建本科高校应用型人才培养中普遍存在定位指向不清、人才培养模式单一等问题。新建本科高校应该定位于举办应用型教育、培养工程技术应用型人才。辽宁科技学院根据不同专业的不同特点,构建了全真教学模式、校企合作模式、模拟仿真模式、项目导向式模式、双证模式、3+1模式、理论平台+实践平台模式等各具特色的人才培养模式,为新建本科高校应用型人才培养提供了借鉴。The problems, like obscure orientation of talent cultivation, single model of talent training and so on are quite common in new applied undergraduate institutes.Implementing applied education and cultivating applied engineering technical talents should be positioned in new applied undergraduate institues.Combined with practical matters in Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology,based on the different features of the different majors, all kinds of models of cultivating talents are constructed,such as simulative teaching model, school- enterprise cooperative model,project-oriented teaching model,duo-certificate model,3＋1model,theory platform＋ practice platform model.
