摘　　要：分析了杭州市低碳交通建设的特色及存在问题,并在此基础上从规划、公交优先、智能交通、新能源发展等方面提出了杭州发展低碳交通的对策建议。This article has analyzed the Hangzhou low-carbon transportation construction characteristic, the existence question and in this foundation, from the plan, the public transportation first, aspects and so on intelligent transportation, new energy development put forward the Hangzhou development low-carbon transportation countermeasure proposal.
