摘　　要：财政投入是保障学前教育事业健康发展的关键因素。自2010年以来，从中央到地方都相继出台了一系列相关政策，加大了学前教育财政投入，扩大了学前教育资源。学前教育财政投入整体上呈现出“分配项目细化”“局部设计”“重基建、轻师资”等特点。有鉴于此，研究者认为要从调整财政投入分配格局、统筹规划、明确各级政府责任等方面加以改进，以促使学前教育财政投入政策的制定和实施能进一步有效促进学前教育均衡、稳定地发展。Financial investment is the key factor to the healthy development of preschool education. Since 2010, the central and local governments have published a series of related policies, and increased financial investment in preschool education. During this period, the investment in preschool education showed some characters such as distributing projects in details, designing partially, putting more value on infrastructure construction but less on teachers＇ professional development. Thus, it is important to make adjustments in the investment structure, formulate overall plans and clarify responsibilities of governments at all levels, to guarantee that the making and implementation of financial investment policy would promote the balanced and stable development of preschool education.
