摘　　要：目的观察三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)联合TPF方案同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 79例中晚期食管癌患者接受3D-CRT(每次2.0～2.2 Gy,每天1次,每周5次,总剂量达60～66 Gy)。同步给予TPF方案:多西他赛75 mg.m-2,d1;顺铂20 mg.m-2,d1-5;5-氟尿嘧啶500 mg.m-2,d1～5;21 d为1周期,共3～4周期。结果食管癌同步放化疗有效率93.6%,主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论 3D-CRT联合TPF方案同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效好,且毒副反应可耐受。Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3D- CRT） combined with TPF regimen chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Seventy-nine patients advanced esophageal cancer received 3D-CRT （2.0-2.2 Gy, once a day, five times a week,total doses of 60-66 Gy） combined with TPF regimen chemotherapy （docetaxel 75 mg · m-2 ,d1 ; cisplatin 20 mg · m-2 ,d1-5 ; 5-fluorouracil 500 mg · m-2 ,d1 -5 ,the treatment was repeated every 21 days for a total 3-4 cycles. Results The overall response rate was 93.6%. The main toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion 3D-CRT combined with TPF regimen chemotherapy is effective for advanced esophageal cancer, and the toxicities can be tolerated.
