摘  要:目的:优选风湿宁胶囊中挥发油的提取与包合工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以提取量为指标,通过单因素试验考察加水量、提取时间对提取工艺的影响;采用饱和水溶液法包合挥发油,以包合率为指标,通过正交试验考察挥发油与β-CD的比例、包合时间及包合温度对包合工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加14倍量水提取4 h;最佳包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精的比例1∶8,包合温度40℃,包合时间3 h。结论:优选的挥发油提取与包合工艺条件稳定可行。Objective:To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from anti-rheumatism capsules. Method: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method,with yield of volatile oil as index,effect of water amount and extraction time on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test;Volatile oil was inclused by saturated aqueous solution method using inclusion ratio as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology with ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin,inclusion time and temperature as factors. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were:extracted 4 h with 14 times the amount of water;Optimal inclusion technology was as followings:ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1∶8,inclusion tempemture 40 ℃,inclusion time 3 h. Conclusion: These optimized extraction and inclusion technology conditions were reasonable and feasible.
