摘  要:阐述了阻尼托辊在下运带式输送机中的优势及设计要求和评价标准,利用RecurDyn动力学软件,对阻尼托辊在制动过程中对输送带的张力影响进行了分析。通过分析发现,阻尼托辊可以大大减小输送带的张力,为以后阻尼托辊的设计计算提供了参考。Advantages and design requirements as well as evaluation criterion of the damping idler in the downward belt conveyor were introduced. In addition, dynamics analysis software RecurDyn was applied to analyze the effects of the damping idler on belt tension during braking process. After analysis, it was concluded that the damping idler could greatly reduce the belt tension, which offered references for subsequent design and calculation of the damping idler.
