摘 要:在对比分析柴油掺水燃烧优缺点的基础上,笔者设计了一套喷水系统,并在4100QBZL直列增压中冷型柴油机上,采用进气道喷水的试验研究。分析了进气道不同喷水量(喷水量分别为0、0.72、1.44、2.5kg/h)对柴油机燃烧与排放特性的影响。结果表明,采用进气道喷水后,滞燃期延长,燃烧持续期缩短,缸内最大爆发压力及最大压升率上升,NO_x排放大幅减小,烟度稍有上升,CO、HC基本保持不变。After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of combustion of diesel mixed with water, a set of water injection system was designed. The water injection at inlet was applied and a test was conducted on 4100QBZL turbocharged diesel engine. The influence of water injection amount (it was 0, 0.72, 1.44 and 2.5 kg/h) at inlet on combustion and emission of the diesel engine was studied. The results showed that: after water injection at inlet being applied, the ignition delay duration got longer while the sustained combustion duration got shorter; the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum pressure raise rate increased; NOx emission decreased greatly while smoke emission increased slightly; CO and HC emission basically remained unchanged.
