摘　　要：重点论述了矿车出、入库立体调度及定位方案,设计了以SIMATIC CU320运动控制单元为核心的调度、定位电控系统、硬件组态和网络架构。给出了CU320与PLC的信息集成策略及软件调试方法。通过运行实践证明,该系统调度可靠、高效合理,具有推广价值。The paper stressly narrated the 3D scheduling and positioning scheme of stock-in and stock-out of tramcars, and designed the electrical control system for scheduling and positioning with SIMATIC CU320 motion control unit serving as the core, including hardware configuration and network architecture. In addition, the paper put forward the information integration strategy of CU320 and PLC as well as software debugging method. Practical application showed that the system was reliable, efficient and reasonable, and had spread value in scheduling of tramcars.
