摘　　要：目的探讨CT影像诊断在临床医学中的应用价值。方法该文通过对该院2005年1月-2010年12月收治的肝病患者156例的治疗过程,进行分析研究。结果早期肝癌患者实施手术成功,一个月后患者出院,现坚持放疗、化疗等辅助性治疗,患者情况佳,维持基本的生活质量,免去疾病的折磨。结论 CT的扫描检查得出的影像,在临床医师的诊断、确诊过程中有着极其重要的应用价值。在患者的诊断过程中,临床医师正确选择CT检查,可有效缩小误诊率。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CT imaging diagnosis. Methods In our hospital, from January 2005 to December 2010, through the 156 patients with liver disease＇s treatment process ,analyze and research. Results The patients with early liver cancer was successful after surgery and the patient was discharged a month later.Now adhere to radiotherapy, chemotherapy and adjuvant therapy, the patient＇s condition can maintaining the fundamental quality of life, and removed from the illness. Conclusion CT scan the image, has very important application value in the clinician＇s diagnosis, diagnosed .In the process of the patient＇s diagnosis, clinicians correctly select the CT examination, can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
