探讨内镜下粘膜切除术治疗75例大肠息肉的配合及护理

摘　　要：目的总结内镜下粘膜切除术治疗大肠息肉的配合及护理方法。方法选择该院2010年12月—2011年11月收治的大肠息肉患者75例作为观察组,以前一年同期收治的大肠息肉患者68例作为对照组。全部患者均给予内镜下粘膜切除术治疗,观察组加强围手术期配合和护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和护患满意率的差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术后并发症发生率较低;出院时进行护患满意度调查,观察组护患满意率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内镜下粘膜切除术中实施优质的护理配合可有效降低并发症发生率,并可增进护患关系,值得推广应用。Objective Summarize nursing experience endoscopic mucosal resection for the treatment of intestine polyps. Methods Choose 75 cases from Dec. 2010 to Nov. 2011 with eolorectal polyps as observation group, previously 1 year earlier 68 cases as control group. All patients were given endoscopic mucosal resection, observation group strengthen coordination and nursing care. Compare the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rate difference. Results Compared with control group, observation group the postoperative complication rate was lower; at discharge were nurse-patient satisfaction survey, the observation group nurse-patient satisfaction rate is higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality nursing can decrease the incidence of complications, and may enhance the nurse-patient relationship, it is worthy of application.
