摘　　要：目的探讨急性高危胸痛的急诊诊治经验,提高救治成功率。方法对128例急性胸痛的急诊诊治过程,结合相关检查进行回顾性分析。结果心源性胸痛80例,高危胸痛38例,误诊2例,死亡3例。结论对急性高危胸痛患者应及早明确诊断,立即救治,改善预后。Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of acute high-risk chest pare m the emergency , improve the success rate of treatment. Methods 128 patients with chest pain emergency treatment process, in conjunction with the relevant examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results 80 patients with cardiac chest pain, high-risk chest pain 38 cases, the misdiagnosis in 2, 3 cases of death. Conclusion Acutehigh-risk chest pain patients should be early diagnosis, treatment immedi- ately, imorove the orognosis, improve the success rate of treatment.
