玻璃体手术治疗严重眼外伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察探讨玻璃体手术治疗严重眼外伤的临床效果。方法选取我院2009年1月至2010年12月严重眼外伤的患者58例（58眼），皆采取玻璃体手术治疗，观察其治疗效果，并发症情况及对比治疗前后的视力情况。结果58只患眼经治疗后功能治愈35眼，占60．3％，解剖治愈18眼，占31．0％，治疗失败5眼，占8．7％，治疗总有效率为91．3％。结论玻璃体手术治疗严重眼外伤的临床效果明显，能够有效地改善和恢复视力，亦有效地保持眼球解剖结构。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of vitreous operation in treatment of severe ocular trauma. Methods From January 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital 58 cases with severe ocular trauma （58 eyes）, all took vitreous operation treatment, and were observed the effects of the treatment, complications and compared ｜he visual acuity before and after treatmenl. Results After the treatment, among 58 eyes, function of 35 eyes were cured （60.3%）, the anatomy ~ff 18 eyes were cured （31.0%）, treatment failure in 5 eyes （8.7%）, the total effective rate was 91.4%. Conclusions Vitreous operation in treatment of severe ocular trauma has excellent clinical effect, can effectively improve and restore vision, also keep the eye anatomy.
