左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术的有效性。方法选择我院76例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，观察组患者均采用I期结肠癌切除吻合术治疗，对照组采取分期手术治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果两组患者吻合口瘘发生率、感染率，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；观察组患者较对照组住院费用降低，住院时间缩短，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术能够缩短患者住院时间，减少患者经济负担和心理压力，同时具有安全可靠的治疗效果，可以在临床上根据其适应症进一步推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the effectiveness of left colon cancer with acute obstruction stage I operation treatment. Methods 76 patients in our hospital with acute obstruction of left colon cancer cho- sen as the object of study, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was treated with stage Icolon resection and anastomosis for treatment, control group adopted the staging operation treatment, treatment effect of two groups were observed. Results The anastomotic leakage and wound infection rate of the patients in two groups didn＇t show statistical significant difference （P〉0.05）; the cost of hospitalization and the hospital stay of patients in the observation group significantly reduced more than those in the control group, the difference had statistical significance （1~〈0.05）. Conclusions The left colon cancer with acute obstruction stage I operation can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the economic burden of the patients and psychological pressure, and has safe and reliable treatment effect, can be promoted for further popularization and application according to the clinical indications.
