摘 要:探讨预处理对中药模拟溶液膜过滤过程的影响.通过不同的预处理,以淀粉模拟体系为研究对象,以膜通量、淀粉截留率和指标性成分的转移率为考察因素,通过对不同预处理条件下结果的分析比较,确定出最佳的膜前预处理条件.结果表明,调节pH=9时膜通量最大,而且淀粉去除率较高,指标性成分的转移率相对也较高,为最佳预处理方法.通过对淀粉模拟体系预处理后膜过程的研究,对于淀粉类物质膜污染机理的研究具有重要的意义.The object of this work was to explore the effects of different pretreatments on the membrane fil- tration process. The factors such as membrane flux, starch retention rate and the transfer rate of index components effects of different pretreatment on starch simulation system were studied in detail. The best pretreatment conditions was determined by comparing and analysis the results of different pretreatment conditions. The results show that pH value of 9 induce the largest flux, highest removal rate of starch, and the highest transfer rate of target component, and the adjustment of pH was the optimal pretreatment method. The research of starch simulation system pretreatment processes has important implications for the study of membrane fouling mechanism of starch substances.
