灾疫生命伦理研究的实践论视域

摘　　要：灾疫生命伦理研究就是对灾疫防治过程中所涌现出来的生命权利、尊严、救助、治疗、康复等问题予以系统的伦理检讨,为灾疫防治实践如何遵循生命本性而维护、弘扬生命并创造生命的自身价值和意义提供可行的伦理方案。为此,灾疫生命伦理研究应遵循一切生命的存在权利必须平等和完整之伦理准则,并以亲生命性和生命的非计算性为实践原则。灾疫前预防性治理实践,应以引导人人平等善待,人人学会敬畏、学会关爱、学会为重建生境而努力为根本任务;灾疫爆发后救助性治理实践,应以如何更人性、更有效地拯救生命为重心;灾疫后重建性治理实践,应以如何更卓有成效地使所有生命获得生理和心灵的康复为要务。In calamities ＆ pestilences life ethics studies we make systematic ethic researches on the life right, life dignity, life - saving and life therapy, life rehabilitation emerged in calamities ＆ pestilences prevention, thereafter provide feasibility plans on how to maintain and carry forward life and create life value and significance in calamities ＆ pestilences prevention. Thus the calamities ＆ pestilences life ethics studies must follow the ethic princi- ple that the existing rights of all lives must be equal and complete, and take the animacy and the non - calculation of life as the practical principle. In calamities ＆ pestilences preventional controlling, the fundamental task is to help people establish the minds of equality, goodness, reverence, caring, and the have the ability of to reconstruct habitat ; after the outbreak of the calamities ＆ pestilences, the rescues should focus on the life - saving, in the reconstruction after the calamities ＆ pestilences, we should take the physical and spiritual rehabilitation of the victims as the major task.
