摘 要:目的评价网络认知行为疗法对医学生社交焦虑的干预效果,为医学生社交焦虑干预治疗提供经验和依据。方法将30名社交焦虑的医学生自愿分成一对一网络干预组和一对五网络干预组,采用认知行为疗法进行干预。于干预前、干预后、干预后3个月及6个月利用社交焦虑问卷和社交焦虑状态访谈问卷,分别对2组学生社交焦虑水平和状态进行评估。结果各干预组干预后较干预前社交焦虑总分均有大幅下降,一对一组分数下降更为明显(P值均<0.05)。2次追踪各干预组社交焦虑水平比干预前均有明显降低(P值均<0.05),与干预后的结果差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。在一对一组中,追踪6个月时,1名亚临床状态者保持不变,2名社交焦虑亚临床和亚健康状态者转为正常;而一对五组中,追踪6个月时,2名亚临床状态者中1名转为正常。结论 2种网络干预方法均能降低医学生社交焦虑水平且效果持久性良好,一对一网络干预疗法效果更为显著。Objective To evaluate the intervention effects of Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy on social anxiety among medical students, and to provide evidence and basis for the intervention treatment. Methods Thirty medical students with social anxiety were voluntarily divided into the one-to-one Internet-based intervention group and one-to-five internet-based intervention group which were intervened in form of single person or team respectively by using of cognitive behavioral therapy. The level and symptoms of social anxiety from the 2 groups were assessed before and after the intervention, 3 and 6 months after the intervention, which were compared by using of Social Phobia Inventory ( SPIN ) and Social Anxiety Symptoms Interview Inventory. Results It was found that SPIN scores in both groups were decreased dramatically after intervention compared with before. SPIN scores in the one-to-one intervention group declined most obviously. Three and six months after intervention, social anxiety level in the two intervention groups was much lower than before, and had no difference in results after interventions ( P〈0.05 ) In the one-to-one intervention group, six months after intervention there was one participant with sub-threshold social anxiety still remained in sub- threshold social anxiety, and two participants with sub-threshold social anxiety changed into normal. In the one-to-five intervention group , six months after intervention one of the two participants with sub-threshold social anxiety changed into normal. Conclusion Both of the intervention methods have persistent effects to decrease social anxiety level among medical students. The effect of one- to-one intervention therapy is the most significant.
